Bringing Geology to Lives Inside and Outside the Da Vinci Center

"In this presentation the 2014-2015 Lafayette College Technology Clinic will give their mid-year report on their findings and suggestions for the Da Vinci Science Center in Allentown, PA.  The Da Vinci Science Center, whose mission is: "To bring life to science, and science to lives", tasked the tech clinic with coming up with creative ideas to connect the outside world back to the museum with a specific focus on local geology.  In this presentation we will travel back in time and space to learn more about how PA's geology changed and the conditions and environment in which the landscape was crafted.  Come to this talk to learn more about PA's history, what the tech clinic has been doing all semester, and their ideas on how to bring everyday experience and the Da Vinci Science Center together for an exciting lesson on geology."
