Leaders seldom get to lead clones of themselves, but must work with people of all different backgrounds. This isn’t a bad thing, however; inclusiveness strengthens communication and collaboration. This session will cover what it means to be an inclusive leader, how to apply these practices to your time at Lafayette, and why it is such a no-brainer to be inclusive. The LeaderShapeTM and CatalystTM programs will also be promoted.
