Every year, our talented chefs are challenged to prepare a meal with ingredients sourced exclusively from within 150 miles of Lafayette College, with the exception of salt.  It’s not as easy as it might sound.  Want bread? We have to find locally grown wheat and yeast. How about a turkey sandwich?  We need to locate a turkey farm close to home, too!  While the availability of certain foods varies regionally, our chefs at Lafayette College Dining will create an outstanding, diverse meal from the seasonal bounty harvested and produced nearby.  Join us Tuesday, September 23rd in Marquis and Upper Farinon during lunch for the Eat Local Challenge event!
