Join Dr. Othello Brandy and Professor Rex Ahene for an informal conversation about the impact of the African Colonization movement on the history of Liberia, both past and present.  Strategies for finding the historical records and descendents of the freed slaves of John McDonogh, including Washington McDonogh who attended Lafayette College, 1838-1842, will be discussed.  Dr. Brandy will also comment on Liberia's current health crisis with the ebola virus.
