The Office of Religious & Spiritual Life is offering a six-week series of yoga classes entitled "Yoga as Spiritual Practice". The primary purpose of this class will be to consider yoga as a spiritual discipline.
This class will be held each Thursday evening from 7:00-8:30pm, beginning on September 11th, with the final class session on October 16th. The series will include movement, meditation, breathing practices and open discussion, and will reveal how the ancient practice of yoga has relevance in our lives today. The class will be taught by Deborah Ketter and Kelly Prentice.
If you are interested in this class series and feel you can commit to attending all six sessions, please respond to this survey.
Acceptance into this class will be on a first-come, first-served basis. Staff, faculty, and students are all invited to participate. You will be contacted in the next week to let you know if you've been accepted into this class and to give you more details about your participation.
